It pulls the call transcript from your meeting tool (Zoom, Google Meet, Otter, Fathom — anything that records). Reads the transcript. Identifies the outcome, the next step, the deal-relevant facts. Then writes those fields back to the CRM record. The whole loop is usually under 3 minutes after the call ends.
Only if you explicitly enable that mode. By default every email it drafts shows up in your dashboard as a draft for your approval. You click send, edit-then-send, or reject. Once you trust it on a specific sequence you can flip auto-send on for that sequence.
